Do I have to use my Huile Beauté with La Crème de la Crème?

Toutes nos Huiles Beauté peuvent s’utiliser seules. Nous vous invitons à les ajouter avec La Crème de la crème si :

  • Vous n’aimez pas l’effet « gras » que peuvent avoir les huiles.
  • Vous vous maquillez. En effet, en appliquant La Crème de la crème (seule ou avec quelques gouttes d’Huile Beauté) le maquillage tient mieux.
  • Vous voulez de l’hydratation. Alors c'est La Crème de la crème qu'il vous faut.
How should I store my Beauty Oil?

Vegetable oils are sensitive to oxidation and the environment. We therefore advise you to store them in a place at room temperature (as much as possible), but especially away from light. Also, remember to close your Beauty Oil bottle quickly and not leave it open.

How do I know if my Beauty Oil is still usable?

You’ll know right away, this doesn’t look good at all!

What should I do if my Beauty Oil is no longer usable?

Don't throw it away, you can use it for small household chores such as polishing your leather shoes or removing glue from a label, for example.

Who formulates and tests Cahé products?

Cahé product formulas are the result of experiments and tests carried out by Cathy and Hélène, our founders. However, the formulation process was supervised by a team of formulators and toxicologists. All products have been tested and checked to ensure their good skin and ocular tolerance for La Crème de la crème and l'Huile Beauté Café en terrasse.

What are the delivery locations?

We deliver to mainland France, Belgium, Luxembourg and overseas territories (Guadeloupe, Martinique, Reunion and Guyana).

What are the shipping costs?

MONDIAL RELAY Delivery to the Mondial Relay point of your choice Metropolitan France: €4.70 incl. VAT (free for purchases over €60)

COLISSIMO TO A PICK-UP POINT (La Poste, Pickup Locker, Pickup Relay) Metropolitan France: €6.30 incl. VAT (free for purchases over €80) Belgium and Luxembourg: €8.70 incl. VAT (free for purchases over €100)

COLISSIMO HOME DELIVERY (without signature) Metropolitan France: €7.50 incl. VAT (free for purchases over €80) Overseas Territories (Guadeloupe, Martinique, Réunion, French Guiana): €10 incl. VAT (free for purchases over €100)

What are the delivery times?

Please note that during pre-orders, your orders will be shipped mid-November, as soon as we receive our products.

Delivery time depends on the chosen delivery method. In principle, when everything runs smoothly at La Poste, you should receive your package for Metropolitan France within 3 to 5 business days after receiving the email informing you of the shipment.

Under normal conditions, CAHE will process the order as quickly as possible from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard)

How do I change my order?

Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be modified. However, please feel free to contact the Cahé team at hello@cahe.fr

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive tracking information from either Mondial Relay or Colissimo, depending on the shipping method chosen.

If you really can't find it, our team will respond to you. Please write to us either on Chat or at hello@cahe.fr, providing your full name and order number.

How do returns work?

You have a fourteen-day right of return from the receipt of your order to return any item that does not suit you and request an exchange or refund (excluding return shipping costs, which remain your responsibility).

In the event of withdrawal, CAHE will refund all payments received, excluding delivery costs. This will be done either by re-crediting the consumer's bank card or PayPal account, or by bank transfer, depending on the payment method used for the order.

Returns must be made in their original and complete condition, allowing them to be remarketed as new. Any product that has been opened or damaged (by you) will not be accepted for return. CAHE reserves the right to judge whether the product can be remarketed or not, according to its quality standards.

CAHE will only refund returned products once they have been effectively received and their intact condition has been verified.

What should I do if I receive a broken product?

Nous mettons tout en œuvre pour que vos produits arrivent indemnes. Nos produits étant fragiles, il est possible qu’il y ait de la casse lors du transport. Si cela vous arrive, nous nous en excusons et vous prions de nous contacter rapidement par mail à hello@cahe.fr
